The problem does not go away with version 1903

That is not true, I'm running verion 1903 and sometimes the game lags so bad I have to reboot my PC.

It would be nice to have the attack time clock of a command attack on the HUD. That way you could time you attacks better will out having to swap windows and dive into a menu.
