Maintenance?
Why are the servers under maintenance? It wasn’t really explained.

They only go down for a very short time unlike some games

while there is always the possibility of a weak internet connection I do agree that the Instant War team is running some occasional server tweaks.
In the case where any new content is added to Instant War you will be made aware of it via Inbox System message.
