Worsening alliance kill rewards

Most alliances' favorite event is Liberation Day. I mean it would be, if you devs didn't constantly try to go cheap on the alliance kill rewards.

What is this event is (or used to be) about? If you already know, skip to the second paragraph.

The main purpose of it is to supply your entire alliance with resource crates and parts for future crafting. Alliance members get together and sync hit as many of those metal monsters, as possible. The higher level the boss is, the greater the reward. Normally, you would get all 4 type of resource crates, plus 1, 2 or 3 Basic Parts Crates, depending on the level of the boss. Alliance kill rewards are received by every member of an alliance, regardless of the participation. It was a good resource boost for all, without the need of setting non-allied bases on fire and losing force.

I am going demonstrate, how much these rewards used to be and how bad they are currently.
To keep it simple, I am going to compare the level 4 boss alliance kill rewards. I know that players on newer servers cannot deal with them yet, but I want you to see the difference more clearly.

As first:
4 x 25K food and petroleum, 4 x 20K alloy and 8 x 10K composites. 2 Basic Part Crates.
Total resources received/player: 360K

After an unannounced reduction:
16 x 5K food and petroleum, 12 x 5K alloy and composites. 2 Basic Part Crates.
Total resources received/player: 280K

Current Liberation Day Event:
Either 16 x 10K resource of one of the 4 types or 25 x 5 mins random speedups, rather unwanted items. Resources are not even granted. 0 Basic Part Crates. Unacceptable!
Total resources (if) received/player: 160K

Basically it's a shameless spoofing of your players, devs. This is very uncool, do you think we cannot count? You cannot cover up your greed with fancy crates and with skins for the bosses. Why do special events, like Halloween or this one have not special, but cheap and lousy rewards? Revert back to the original kill rewards and stop cutting event rewards in general. A game should be rewarding, to make people keep playing it. In-game purchases should be optional, but you are so obviously trying to force your players to buy.

At least try to make us believe, that this game is not just another money grab.

I completly agree. Devs, please stop doing this, and put it back (the rewards) to what it was. You are ruining the game, and causing less incentive to Alliance members to actually participait. Only the very big superalliances can actually get these rewards, and the tiny/median sized alliance can only get very basic rewards. I admit being able to actually get speed-ups is nice, and maybe you should keep it as a reward, but you now get barely get any rewards for RSS. It's essantually saying "F*** you players who don't pay for anything here, give nice rewards to payers that pay and can kick anybody's a** at the same time because they are so overpowered." It's a HUGE punch in the guts to us who don't pay, which is only about 70-75% of the players who actually play. This will be detrimental in the long run, so PlayWing, just do the simple thing of changing the rewards to what they where oringinally. It's just one simple thing PlayWing, that a bit of code can change back. One simple thing, PlayWing. One simple thing.

With event scheduling and changes, constant balancing is required, especially for our early events that gave rewards not accounting the changes that come with updates.

The alliance rewards encouraged farming and inactivity and gave a disproportionately large advantage to alliances with high HQ Commanders, to have inactive players that just benefit without any contribution.

With the following updates, more events and challenges are planed that give even more opportunities for awesome rewards which we hope you enjoy. We aim to accelerate the update cycles after this current upcoming update 4, so you won't have to wait long for new exciting content.

So what you are saying is that now you want more involvement from smaller bases and less involvement from larger. You're constantly merge servers because of inactivity maybe it is because of you weakening everything that makes a war game fun and not increasing. There are spenders in the game maybe you should have tier levels for your bundles. Also you are trying to make it fair and encourage more involvement you instead decrease involvement and game play in general. Your recruitment times are massive and build times for Hqs are only dwarfed by the ridiculous amount of resources you need for upgrading. This game should be called Instant Farm not Instant war!

In conclusion yes you should revert the rewards back to the original specs as well as decrease troop build times significantly. If i have an Hq 14 with decent gear fully augmented i should have a faster speed time than when I was an HQ12 NOT MORE just because of my increased cap. or atleast stay the same. This will increase the amount of battles more fitting to a game called Instant War.

I completly agree, DracLord. You should be REWARDED for upgrading your HQ, with more perks that get better as you upgrade your HQ. Shame on you, devs.
