Alliance Bulletins?

I think it would be a great idea--if not already mentioned--for alliances to post bulletins for their members to read as kind of a daily update. This would be a "sticky" post in the chat at the top of the window that maybe can also be marked as read or closed. The alternative for now might be a mass message to the entire alliance, but I'm not so sure that it is the best way to implement a feature like this.

I agree we need a message board it will help coordinate attacks on alliances as well as liberation day event like a call to arms.
