The time has come to take the fight to new realms, Commander. Join the battle in the most spectacular showdown of strength and tactical mastery - "World War", a cross-region PvP event. During the event Commanders will be able to maneuver to an opposing region and take down as many enemy troops as possible to earn points. Taking down troops that belong to Commanders from the opposing region will earn give extra points!

  • Players who are at HQ level 7 (and above) can maneuver to the opposing region(s).

"Worlds at War" consists of three stages:

Preparation Stage:

The event begins with the Preparation Stage, during which the opposing Regions will be announced and visible in the main Event interface. Once the opposing regions are chosen, they will not change for the duration of the event.

Note: Commanders can only earn Alliance points for the "Worlds at War" event for the Alliance they were part of when the event began.

Action Stage (Maneuver):

Once the Action Stage begins all eligible Commanders can maneuver to the opposing Region and join the battle. This can be done from the main Event interface through the "Maneuver" option shown under the opposing region. Before you Maneuver, make sure that you have familiarized yourself with the Maneuver Restriction Policy. The following actions will prevent you from maneuvering:

  • Army out of Base - Any Troops that have been deployed outside of your base
  • Attacks and Battles - Any ongoing attacks toward your base or battles in progress

Maneuvering usually has a cost but your first maneuver is on the house. When you maneuver your base will be teleported to a random tile on the opposing region and you will receive a Region Precise Teleport. This special Teleport item allows relocation of your base while on an opposing region or at your home. The Region Precise Teleport has an expiration time, lasting until the end of the ongoing "World War" event.

Note: Any interaction with your home map will be disabled while you are away on the opposing region's map.

Your army and bonuses on the opposing region will be determined based on the following:

  • Army out of Base - Any Troops that have been deployed outside of your base
  • Attacks and Battles - Any ongoing attacks toward your base or battles in progress

  • Army - All armies in your base. Make sure to recover all wounded troops before maneuvering!
  • Bonuses - Your armies will benefit from your General Talents, Crafting, Research, Buildings, Alliance Technology, Government Titles, Airports, VIP and Glory bonuses
  • Boosters - all effects gained from active Boosters, will be carried over when you maneuver to the opposing region
  • Note: Any Commanders that have maneuvered from their home region to yours will be indicated by an additional Region number, shown on their base.

Troop Recovery - A second, special recovery queue with no limit will be available for the duration of the event. Any wounded troops will automatically go to it and will remain there for a period of time after the active stage ends. Troops in the special recovery queue may benefit from increased recovery speed. Any troops remaining in the special recovery queue after it expires will be transferred to the regular Recovery queue until capacity is filled. In the case where it goes over capacity, your highest tier troops will be moved in with priority, and any troops that go over the capacity will be lost. Additionally an Inbox message will inform you of any casualties that have occurred after the expiration of the special recovery queue.

Restricted actions while away

  • Alliance Actions - Creating or Joining an Alliance while on the opposing server will not be allowed. Placing or Building Alliance Buildings on the opposing region is not allowed.
  • Government Actions - Assigning or Changing Government Titles while on the opposing server will not be allowed.
  • World Chat - You will not have access to the world chat of the the home and opposing regions, but will still be able to access your alliance chat.

Result Stage:

The Result Stage comes immediately after the Action stage. The Winning Region, Alliance and Commanders are announced along with a breakdown of all corresponding scores and leader-board positions.

Event Rewards

Personal - threshold rewards based on points. Can be unlocked and collected during the active and result stages.

Final Rank Rewards - awarded at the end of the event

  • Region - awarded to all Commanders from the winning Region
  • Alliance - awarded for being the top scoring Alliances
  • Commander - awarded for being the top scoring Commander

Worlds Revolution

This is a specialized variant of the cross-region PvP event. When active, the opposing regions' Governments will be changed.

At the end of this event's Action Stage all government titles and laws of both regions will be revoked.

At the end of this event, the Winning Region will conquer his opposing region. The top scoring Commander from the Winning Region will become Region Leader of both regions.

Some actions available to the Region Leader will be different for the regions:

  • Government Titles - the Region Leader will be able to assign titles to Commanders in his region, but he won't be able to assign titles for the conquered region.
  • Government Laws - the Region Leader will be able to institute region-wide laws for both regions.
  • War Chests - the Region Leader will be able to gift War Chests to commanders in his region, but he won't be able to gift them to commanders in the conquered region.
  • Region Name and Message - the Region Leader will be able to set up a custom Region Name and Message for his region, but he won't be able to do so for the conquered region.
  • Passive Bonuses - the Region Leader will gain the passive bonuses of his title only from his own region. He won't get any passive bonuses from being Region Leader of the conquered region.

Additional Notes

Will recruitment, building or other actions completed, while on the opposing Region count toward my home region event progress? - No, production that is completed or collected on the opposing region will not provide points in an event that is running on your home region.

What happens to troops that finished recovery in the event Recovery Queue, but were not collected when the event ended? - Troops that finished recovery but were not manually collected from the Event queue are automatically collected when Event Recovery ends.
