The Hydroelectric Station is the main source of Power in your Base. Power is a vital requirement for the construction of all new Buildings in your Base. Each building has a unique Power amount that needs to be available at the moment of construction. Upgrading the Hydroelectric Station will increase the total amount of Power in your Base, allowing you to grow even more.

The total amount of used and available power is always displayed on the Hydroelectric Station indicator. From it you can check the status of your Power Grid. To do this, select the Hydroelectric Station and choose Power from the available options. The Power Grid command interface is where you can all buildings in the base, the amount of each that is constructed, and the amount of power consumed by each building type. There may be situations where you see the need for an extra building of a specific type, but lack the Power - the Destructible list in the Power Grid command interface displays all buildings that can be demolished, should you decide free up additional Power.
